Our private hamlet for the Week

For our week together we will be staying in a  stunning 17th century hamlet with views of the Luberon. Just a few minutes from Oppède-le-Vieux, our hamlet sits right outside one of the most beautiful Provencal villages offering a green setting in total harmony with the surrounding nature.

Enjoy the spa featuring three rooms with panoramic views, jasmine salt treatments, and plant-based oils. The spa menu includes a variety of massages, facials, and body wraps, accompanied by a pod sauna, a heated Nordic Bath deck, converted 1860-built oil mill with changing rooms and a herbal tea bar on the property's edge.

Bastide du Mourre, our private hamlet for the week, exudes an exquisite blend of community and privacy, enveloping you in a warm, inviting atmosphere complemented by elegant, accessible facilities. While it encourages meaningful social connections, it also boasts sumptuous private spaces where guests can retreat and unwind in serenity. Retreat Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Provence!

It’s now time to take a collective exhale as you settle in for an amazing week ahead. If you are up for it we will be offering a yoga class for those that wish to move their bodies after a long flight. Join us for cocktails on the patio and a welcome dinner prepared by one of the region's top chefs.

  • Arrive and unwind  at your leisure 
  • 5:00 pm: Yoga for those who care to move their bodies after a long travel day 
  • 6:45pm pm: Join us for a live band and craft cocktails on the patio 
  • 7:30 pm: Welcome dinner

Day 2

Wine & Dine

On day 2, for those who wish to join, we will travel to Châteauneuf du Pape, the most prestigious village in the Côtes du Rhône. Here, we will visit 2 to 3 stunning wineries/vineyards and enjoy an exquisite lunch perfectly paired with the wines from the region. Robert Parker has qualified this area as one of the most fascinating wine regions in the world. Known for its ancient history, beautiful countryside, diversity of soils and a remarkable climate for wine making are just a few of the reasons that make Chateauneuf-du-Pape a major focus for people who are passionate about wine.

  • 10:15 - 5:00pm: Châteauneuf du Pape Wine Tasting and Lunch

Day 3

Seize The Day At Your Leisure

On day 3 wake up to the sun-drenched hills and practice yoga. Following our morning practice enjoy breakfast at your leisure as the day is yours to seize! Visit the spa, lounge by the pool, take a hike or perhaps visit one of the many beautiful Luberon villages. If you're not sure what to do on your free day. we have also organized a very rare and unique experience in the beautiful Camargue region.

  • 7:30am - 8:30am: Morning practice

  • Optional 9am to 5pm: Camargue Day - Horse back riding on the beach + Boat Ride + Immersive Lunch a truly bespoke, one-of-a-kind experience. Join us on this day where we will immerse ourselves in the wild beauty of the Camargue on horseback. Ride along pristine sandy beaches, with the gentle sea breeze and breathtaking views as your companions. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, this unforgettable adventure offers a true connection with nature in one of France's most stunning and rare landscapes. Following our beach horse back ride we will sip chilled rose and  enjoy an immersive lunch with a local fisherman. Making our way home, we will jump on a peaceful boat journey along the majestic Rhône River getting you back in time for our exquisite dinner off property! Pick up will be at 9am / drop off at around 5pm . Cost is 461€ per person

Day 4

Saint Remy Market Day & French Kitchen  

On Day 4, we’ll dive into the vibrant Saint Remy Market, one of France's finest open-air markets! After a fun market stroll with Jane Satow, the talented founder of La Cuisine Provencal, the group will roll up their sleeves for an exciting cooking class in her charming kitchen.

  • 8:00 - 4pm: Vans leave promptly at 8:00am for Saint Remy open air market and cooking class with La Cuisine Provencal
  • 4:45-6pm: Evening yoga class
  • 7:00pm: Chef prepared dinner with wine pairing
Day 5

Seize The Day At Your Leisure

On day 5 wake up with stunning views as the sun comes up and move energy through your body with the practice of yoga. Following our morning practice enjoy breakfast at your leisure as the day is yours to seize! Visit the spa, lounge by the pool, take a hike or perhaps visit one of the many beautiful Luberon villages. if you're not sure what to do on this free day, we have organized an incredible outing to the charming village of Roussillon (see details below). In the afternoon we have invited two Dinner tonight is on your own and we will have drivers on demand should you wish to dine off property.

Our drivers will be available to take you to dinner (within a reasonable distance) between 6:30pm and 10:30pm. This service is included in your package price.

  • Optional Roussillon Village and Ochre Trail Hike Day:  Spend a perfect day in Roussillon, wandering through the breathtaking Ochre Trail with its vibrant hues of red and gold. This trail offers several paths from very mild to moderate. Following our trail hike, dive into the heart of Provençal life at the Thursday local market, where farmers and artisans share the region's finest products. Fresh produce, handmade crafts, and the scents of Provence create a sensory delight you won't forget. 🍊🧺🌿. Stop into a quaint restaurant and enjoy lunch at your leisure! Pick up will be 9am / drop off will be around 3:30pm. Cost is 200€ per person

Day 6

Eygalieres Market Day & Bike Ride  

On our final day, following morning yoga. we’re off to the enchanting village of Eygalieres and its amazing market! For those interested, we will hop on bikes and ride up to Les Beaux for stunning views, art exhibits and a beautiful terrace lunch

  • 7:30-8:30am: Morning practice 
  • 8:30-9:30am: Breakfast 
  • 10:15 - 4:30pm: Eygalieres Village for market visit & bike ride to Les Beaux
  • 6:30pm: Final Celebration - Join us for live music and cocktails on the patio 
  • 7:15pm:  Chef prepared dinner and wine pairing

The End of an Adventure

It has been a wonderful week together! On day 7 you are welcome to join for one final morning practice and breakfast. Please see “Getting There” details  for best flight departure options. We recommend you do not book any flights prior to noon to allow for a stress-free morning.

  • For those departing early we will have grab and go breakfast options for you
  • 7:00am - 10am: Breakfast will be served
  • Depart for airport or onto your next adventure

Lindsay Wheeler

I discovered yoga in 2010 while navigating the challenges of my role as a Citigroup executive. Its transformative power led me to become a certified instructor, shaping my inclusive, playful, and hands-on teaching style that welcomes students of all levels to embrace the joy of yoga. With a deep passion for fostering meaningful connections, I’m thrilled to invite you on this retreat with my dear friends Tracy and Elsie. Together, we’ll create lasting memories in this beautiful part of the world.

Tracy Sharp

Tracy grew up with yoga, inspired by her mother’s Iyengar practice, but found her path with Ashtanga, sparking a transformative journey. In 2010, she began teaching, blending creative vinyasa with calming yet challenging classes. Tracy’s soothing voice, slow flow, and hands-on adjustments leave students feeling balanced and refreshed.

Elsie Brotherton

Elsie discovered yoga in 2010 to manage stress during law school. By 2013, she became a certified instructor and, in 2015, founded Highland Yoga, transitioning from attorney to full-time teacher and studio owner. Elsie brings discipline and passion from her diverse experiences into her teaching and business.
