I had the immense pleasure of working with Lindsay during TEDx Peachtree Atlanta 2016. What made this retreat unforgettable was the harmony of it all. The peaceful natural setting, the incredible meals and wine, the yoga sessions, and the joy of being around kind, inspiring people—it all blended together so beautifully. That sense of balance is exactly what I’ll be carrying with me as I return home.

What I’m taking away from this retreat is a deep sense of connection—connection to the stunning countryside, to the wonderful people I met here, and even to the people I love back home. Something about being in such a beautiful place, with such intention and presence, helped me feel more grounded and open.

If I had to sum up this experience in one word, it would be 'gift.' At the start of the retreat, Lindsay encouraged us to treat each day like a gift—and that truly set the tone for everything that followed. This retreat gave me space to reflect, reset, and really embrace that mindset. I’m going home with a deep appreciation for each new day.

Of all my trips to Europe, this was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had. One of the best vacations ever. What made it truly exceptional was the incredible group—an inspiring mix of familiar faces and new friends. The food, wine, lodging, and scenery were all amazing, but what elevated the experience was the thoughtful leadership at the heart of it all.

My favorite thing about an LDW yoga class is that not only is it a kick ass workout, but also there’s amazing music, and best of all a soul filled message. Long after I leave class I can hear Lindsay’s words in my mind!

Each early Tuesday morning that I enter into the sanctuary of Lindsay’s class before 6 AM, I am always greeted with her unconditional warmth. It is a bright smile, a kind inquiry, and an invitation to just be. My Tuesday ritual is something I cherish very deeply and guard fiercely because it is very important and special to me. I consider it a cornerstone of my sanity. But it is so much more than just about the practice of yoga. It is something unique that Lindsay brings into the sacred space. There is a calm knowing that Lindsay brings, and you will feel seen. It is as if she knows exactly what you need, and she serves it to you in the most personal way that you are able to feel truly touched by her energy. Lindsay is the ignition - the connector, and she brings everyone together to connect with a frequency that is healing, rejuvenating, and cleansing. It will always keep me coming back.

I began practicing yoga in 2012 to dedicate time to myself and to find balance with a demanding career and family obligations. Lindsay has been instrumental to my yoga journey from the day I met her 10 years ago to the teacher training course I completed recently. Her positivity, encouragement, and empathy is present in every class, which I leave better grounded each time. But what I value most is the community she has built and the true friendships she facilitated among her students. She has enriched my life in countless ways.
