Hello! I'm Lindsay Wheeler, a seeker of potential, guiding people through the practice of Sadhana yoga, TED Talk speakers coaching, and the journey of transformative workshops. With a heart devoted to nurturing growth, resilience, and emotional intelligence, I weave together the threads of ancient wisdom and modern science.
I find joy in creating meaningful experiences that elevate our awareness, helping us respond more wisely to life’s daily stresses. My approach blends insights from leadership, yoga, and neuroscience. I warmly invite you to join me on this journey, where we can explore the beauty of self-discovery and the power it holds to shape our lives.
As an executive at Citigroup in 2010, I led a large organization through uncertain times on the heels of an economic crisis. I witnessed stress and incessant busyness impacting my own life and the lives around me. Propelled to change, I began the practice of Ashtanga yoga soon becoming a certified instructor.
Yoga has been a powerful force and life changing tool that has guided me to dance with my mind in wisdom’s embrace, where reactions soften and awareness deepens.
My passion for physical fitness and music has inspired my teaching style to empower each student and encourage them to invite the power and joy of yoga into each moment.
I believe in motivating people to collaborate more, to build connections that create loyalty,, constructive dialogue, and productivity.
Throughout my career, I have worked as an executive leader solving complex consumer brand problems and leading high performing teams at companies like Citigroup, Amazon, Oracle, and most recently, Zendesk. By asking meaningful questions and understanding motivation, I am able to support leaders and individuals to effectively execute their best ideas and achieve their greatest aspirations.
For the past 15 years, I've been inspired by Margaret Mead's quote: "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." Since seeing it on a wall in Indonesia, I've focused on promoting inclusiveness, teaching mindfulness, elevating ideas, and improving access to information. Some of my work includes:
